You could…
  1. Add another box to the side and give details of your achievements or lack of them, offering reasons.
  2. Add more 6 month development plans.
  3.  Annotate it with your thoughts about how you are fulfilling your long and short term goals. 
  4. Give other evidence illustrate your progress.

Everyone must revisit their development plan and add more detail. To gain the final criteria for the unit.

You must be, 'giving detailed explanations of progress towards targets.' To attain the D grade.

The link above is to the blank development plan but you should all have a copy of the one you began filling in during term 1.

Task 3 Carrying out the personal production role notes. Term 4 Week 1.


  1. What is your task in this production? What are you responsibilities?
  2. What have you done so far?
  3. Outline the main stages of your production job in terms of preparation, planning and delivery.
  4. Identify the next steps required.
  5. How are your ideas working? Have you adapted or made any changes?
  6. How are other peoples' ideas working? Have you used any?
  7. How does your job fit in to the production? How do other people rely on your work? How do you make sure that what you do fits in with the overall plans?
